One such eco-friendly material is Hempcrete, a lime-based concrete made with hemp fibers. This project focuses on Hempcrete Concrete Blocks, branded as HempBloc, which are carbon dioxide neutral or even carbon dioxide negative. Hempcrete offers excellent thermal insulation, is fire-resistant, and has a minimal environmental impact, making it an ideal alternative to traditional concrete. The research aims to explore the potential of Hempcrete in reducing carbon emissions in the construction industry and promoting greener, more sustainable building practices.

We investigated the nutritional value, sensory quality, and shelf life of fruit leather made from different fruits. Fruit leather was analyzed for its nutritional content. Sensory evaluation assessed color, texture, flavor, and overall acceptability. Results showed fruit leather to be a nutritious snack with sensory properties varying by fruit type. The study determined the shelf life of fruit leather and concluded it to be a convenient and shelf-stable snack option. Further research is needed to optimize the drying process and explore its potential as a functional food.
